Description
An award winning blue cheese from Carron Lodge Gabriel Blue is one of our Cave Range of cheeses. This blue-veined ewes milk cheese, matured in our man-made cave, is soft and creamy in texture and has a sweet, nutty flavour which is complimented by the slight bitterness of the blue-veins.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Sheep Milk, Salt, Rennet, Starter Culture, Penicillium Roqueforti
