Weardale, a firm, white Northern dales Artisan Cheese, Handmade in Weardale, County Durham.
Bonny Moor Hen Weardale cheese, it is gently smoked using a combination of cherry and apple wood shavings for a light smoky note.
Brie De Weardale Creamy, semi-soft, white rinded cheese. Deeper and more fuller flavoured than a traditional brie.
Nettle, a firm, Firm white Weardale cheese with dried nettles
Great tasting cheese for all occasions.
Made from cows milk, in small batches.
Wedges are approx 160g-180g
Minimum weight per wedge is 160g
