Old Amsterdam, a deliciously rich flavoured, Gouda style cheese, easily slice able and perfect alongside fruit, crackers or rustic bread. The white crystals which can be found throughout this cheese are naturally formed salt crystals which enhance the overall flavour of the cheese.
