Description
The “roast cheese” that shepherds used in the summer, among their cows, has not changed much since the Middle Ages. Today called “Raclette”, always so melting and unctuous, it is a convivial dish to share in the warm atmosphere of the winter evenings by the fire.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Cows MILK, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Starter Culture Natamycin on the rind (E235).
