Description
Valdeon Picos Blue is made in the valley of León from cow´s and goat´s pasteurised milk. From cured to semi cured cheese.Irregular, rough and dark grey rind. Its inside is close and soft texture and grooved by corridors where white and green-blue mould grows. Strong flavour, aromatic, full fat and buttery taste.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow and Goat Milk, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Rennet, Starter Culture, Penicillium.
